Educational Requirements: Master’s / Bachelor Degree in Apparel / Fashion Designing.
Experience Requirements: 8 to 12 year(s)

Additional Requirements: Age 35 to 45 years (Only males are allowed to apply).

Job Responsibilities:
Directly report to the Managing Director.
Manage as Head of Sample development center consisting of 100 Sample Operators & 159 machines (Knit, Woven & Denim).
Specialized in Light knits, Light woven, ladies tops etc.
Ensure RFT Sample with high quality and fulfilment of design.
Develops and implements a full product plan that includes coordinating with the design team, merchandising team, sourcing team and production team.
Identifying and applying the most suitable processes to solve sample manufacturing problems.
Experienced to handle large quantities of new style sample, able to serve multi-customers’ on different standard.
Establish and apply the standard of fit and construction from concept through to bulk production.
Ensure pre-production sample are developed according to the established fit & standards as well as complying with cost specification.
Provide technical advices and support in pattern making, fitting and garment construction before sample delivery (perform sample inspection).
